A true pro lifer would:

Oppose the death penalty (this is a good litmus test for distinguishing between true pro lifers, who exist but not in large numbers, and forced birthers).

Be in favor of universal health care.

Be in favor of comprehensive sex education to prevent unwanted pregnancies in the first place.

Be in favor of welfare safety nets designed to ensure no child goes hungry.

Support easy access to contraception.

OPPOSE criminalization of abortion on the understanding that doing so merely renders abortion less safe rather than less common.

There aren't many of them.
