Agreed, although I refuse to buy a multifunction because they don't last as long (more moving parts to fail). I don't need a copier, so I have a printer and a tiny mobile scanner for the few times a year I need one.

Inkjet printers are slower and more expensive in terms of overall user costs. Always go laser if you do any kind of print volume at all.
