All I can say is I try my best to be an ally, but you're right in that I can't say whether or not I succeed. It's not my place to judge whether I'm doing it right, and I think that's what a lot of people don't understand.

I'm also aware that I screw up sometimes and say or do something racist. Anti-racism starts in the hardest place of all, after all.
