All of this. "Erasing woman" is a TERF dogwhistle and while I do not believe the OP is a TERF, I believe she's in danger of falling for their rhetoric.

What we are trying to do is make space for people who might have a uterus and ovaries and a vagina but are not women, and for women who don't have those things (which doesn't just mean trans women).

Some cis women never menstruate.

You acknowledge that men can get pregnant. And I would say that depending on the specific circumstances, all three phrases can be used. You can talk about pregnant women, pregnant men, or pregnant people...depending on which group of pregnant people you are talking about.
