Also, giving unsolicited advice can really make somebody on the spectrum uncomfortable.

Bonus points for giving unsolicited advice to somebody who's just trying to vent and then yelling at them for not following it. Why can't people assume that somebody has tried the obvious?

(My friends with chronic illness get the bonus version of the unsoliticed advice being a quack health fad).
