If you change a person with Parkinson's medication schedule, they can experience a worsening of symptoms or even go "crazy" (Parkinson's psychosis, which comes with wonderful things like delusions, audio-visual hallucinations, night terrors and parasomnias such as sleepwalking). I know somebody this happened to.
