Be aware that there are pro life Democrats too. If you have one, try and get them primaried.

Remember that voting is public transportation. If you have the choice between a pro-life asshole who won't even make an exception for ectopic pregnancy and one that will, take a shower and vote for the slightly lesser evil.

Donate to Planned Parenthood and similar organisations if you can.

Teach the young people in your life about condoms and birth control if you can.
