Could make that a lot harder by having the law be that the number of Supreme Court Justices must:

1. Be an odd number.

2. Match the number of circuits.

So, if there are 13 circuits, as there are now, there are 13 justices. To add two more justices you have to add two more circuits. That would make it MUCH harder. And would be my preference anyway. One judge per circuit makes *so much sense*.

But we also need to work out how to keep the court from going rogue in general. Sadly I think this is going to end with a constitutional crisis and if we don't take back the rural states a constitutional convention will end with rights being rolled back for everyone not straight, white and male in a way that will take a generation or three to fix.

This is why we need to fight at the state and local level. And yes, convincing rural Americans we aren't coming for their culture is vitally important...not to mention being the right thing to do. Rural American culture is not racism and sexism, it's agriculture and good food and rodeos and...so many GOOD things out there that we could be focusing on instead of assuming they are all racist idiots.
