CW’s Tom Swift is the Black, Gay Tony Stark I Didn’t Know I Needed

I never did read any of the Tom Swift books, although I have read many things influenced by them. I have heard that the original series has not, shall we say, aged well.

When I found out that CW was doing a Tom Swift TV show I intentionally avoided information so I could go into this and appreciate it “cold.”
