Eating less meat is a decent solution.

Eating no meat does not work for everyone. For example, plant-based diets tend to be higher in carbohydrates. Also some people have protein intolerances that can make a plant-based diet a challenge (just as some people have protein intolerances that make eating *meat* a challenge).

I also value the animals that we have domesticated, and want them to continue to have a use and a purpose and, well, exist.
