Employees in Tesla factories have not been treated well for years. He fired people for staying home out of fear of COVID after telling them they could.

SpaceX employees avoid him after a launch failure because he takes it out on whoever next gets his attention.

Journalists don’t like to interview him.

He lies about founding Tesla. He bought the title founder.

He’s an asshole.

That doesn’t mean he’s never done anything good, and Space X’s rocketry is just amazing.

But I wouldn’t want to have to work with him.

Again, I’m on the spectrum and I try hard not to be an asshole. It’s not an excuse, and in fact it’s ableist to use it as one.
