Exactly. Now I am not denying there are some sports in which cis men have an advantage over cis women either because of the impact of testosterone on muscle bulk and type or because cis men tend to be larger. I am not one of those "There are absolutely no biological differences between men and women" types.

But this is not true of all sports. In open water swimming, the advantage actually goes to cis women because of fat ratio and deposition, for example. And there's some indication women may be better at target shooting on average, but I don't think that's been confirmed.
