Has already happened in states with restrictive abortion laws. Marshae Jones was indicted for manslaughter because she was SHOT and lost her baby. She was charged INSTEAD of the person who shot her.

Keysheonna Reed miscarried twins at 24 weeks, panicked and buried them in her yard. She was charged with "abuse of a corpse."

Purvi Patel, in 2013, was charged with feticide and neglect of a dependent after a stillbirth. She was sentenced to 20 years, of which she served three.

You can tell from the names what these three women also had in common.

So, yes, in states with restrictive abortion laws women are ALREADY being investigated and charged with crimes for having miscarriages or stillbirths.
