The cost to the parents of giving birth should be zero.

All pre-natal care, free.

Labor and delivery, free.

Post-natal care, free.

No copays. No limits. No arguments. (I am pro universal healthcare, but fine with copays for certain procedures).

People can't just not afford to raise kids, in many cases they can't afford to get pregnant.

(Also, condoms, free, all high schools, because we aren't going to stop teenagers from having sex).
