Honestly, we should just retire complimenting people on their bodies and instead compliment them on their outfits. I have a saying I use when talking to people about cosplayers "Compliment the costume, not the body under it."

"You look amazing" should refer to things like a cute dress or a beautiful ombre dye job, not size.
