How would you manage larger properties? Condos are currently run in a way which is worse than renting. Co-ops, I suppose? I'm stuck renting because I can't afford a house and can't risk a condo (COAs are notorious for telling people they can't work out of their unit). Well, I COULD afford a house...two hours from my husband's office that he has to return to eventually.

Large buildings need to be managed somehow and neither of the current systems for them work well.
