I absolutely agree with this. You could do a better job of managing and preserving the land, you would get your priority access to important sites and nothing in this says that the rest of us can't still enjoy the land, perhaps with a few different rules to improve its preservation for the future.

America's National Parks would do so much better under your stewardship than that of people who's cultural evolution was in a different land and who have the terrible habit of trying to manage the land here in the same way *wanders off muttering about lawns in deserts*
