I mean, I personally have zero idea what my sexual genotype is. There is a non-zero chance I have a Y chromosome that’s just missing the SRY gene.

It’s unlikely, but it is possible. Because I’ve never tried to get pregnant and am structurally typical for a female, I’ve never bothered checking.

Intersex people often get raised as the incorrect gender, and I feel any surgery should be delayed until they are old enough to communicate it and that they should get an X on their birth certificate until actual gender is established. (And if they want to keep the X, then they can keep the X). With no cost for correcting the birth certificate when and if they do decide they want an M or an F.

Even if they don’t realize they were raised as the wrong gender until they’re in their twenties!
