I mean that if somebody is wearing a skirt, has breasts, and tells you they are a trans man...then they're a trans man. Not everyone is a candidate for top surgery, and men are allowed to wear skirts ;).

Men can wear skirts and makeup. Women can wear pants and no makeup. Trans or cis alike.
