I really dislike the phrase "fully automated luxury communism." Simply because it includes the word "communism," which typically refers to a political system which has demonstrably failed every time it has been tried. Can we come up with one which won't make people think of gulags and push back?
Also, if you are interested in fiction that might point towards this future, check out solarpunk. This is an SF movement that started in Brazil and centers around fiction that provides hopeful solutions to climate change and other problems. It sometimes touches on replicator societies and similar. Hopepunk climate fiction is also a good source. While SF does not predict the future, it IS the fiction of ideas.
