I respect vegans. I don't respect what I call veganists, who are toxic about it.

I mean, I have been to places where the only thing that grows well is sheep. Places where most of the food comes from the sea.

Veganism is colonial. Do it if you want to, but please get enough B12 and enough protein, and don't agenda it.
