I saw the swim cap thing and...yeah. It shouldn't be too hard for Soul or some other specialist company to design a swim cap, working with the IOC, that neither gives an advantage nor a disadvantage to Black people with natural hair. The argument that people can just cut it all off doesn't, pun intended, cut it.
