I think it's rampant here. The person who won't stop to let a pedestrian cross a driveway is also temporally selfish...they are valuing their time over yours.

Cutting in line, also temporally selfish.

As for being late...I HATE being late, it stresses me out, and if I'm not early, something happened...traffic, an issue with public transportation, the fire alarm going off at a hugely inconvenient moment.
