I will note that many healthy parents with healthy babies DO have issues with breast feeding. We've kind of gone from shaming parents for daring to breast feed in public to shaming for not breast feeding at all.

Yes, the best food for any mammal baby is the natural milk produced by the same species. But...we should not shame people who don't produce enough milk or what have you. The availability of formula has saved a lot of lives.

I DO agree that you shouldn't buy gizmos and gadgets you and your baby don't need, though.
