Maybe that thing you are criticizing about somebody's grammar is not in fact an error, but is perfectly correct in their birth dialect.

Ain't is a word in many places (and where I come from in spoken English it doesn't have the same, precise meaning as "isn't" and is used in some very specific ways that outsiders don't get).
