If wearing a mask is what it takes to be able to do stuff again, I'll wear a mask. Even outside in Virginia summer. (Okay, not so much outside anymore as transmission outside seems to be all but nonexistent, but...)

But the other day I put one on while I walked down a narrow sidewalk outside a restaurant where collisions often happen when people charge out of the restaurant. (You *can't* look. It's basically blind) and some 60ish white woman started screaming at me to take it off.

Sigh.
