I'm not blaming the Red Caps for this at all. But I don't need their help and they are a finite resource.

(I need help getting my baggage onto the train if it's a low platform, but the platform personnel handle that, and if I don't have a suitcase full of books I do fine).

I want them to be free to assist people like you who really need their help, not engaged in this BS of herding people with roller cases down onto an accessible platform.
