Israel dealt with hesitancy in one Orthodox neighborhood by giving out free bowls of stew at the vaccination site. It is NOT just Americans that respond to bribes.

It's human to do stuff for free food. Personally I think we should be helping out struggling food trucks by paying them to park outside clinics and then give coupons for a free meal to people getting vaccinated.
