5 day cancellation period on short stays, apparently NO cancellation on longer stays (28 days or more). During COVID.

If you have your 17 year old and 364 day old friend staying with you, they can't have a room key...

Cleaning is an extra cost. With a security deposit so if you don't pay for cleaning, you'd better do it yourself.

If anything in your room is damaged, better report it on arrival or they might charge you for it.

Add in arbitration...I think this is in part because they are expecting/accommodating longer stays, but that actually makes the surveillance thing WORSE.

If I ever go back to...oh, who am I kidding, if I ever go back to SF I'm staying in the same hotel I did last time anyway ;).
