It IS complicated keeping track of gender fluid and similar people's pronouns. But look, if you mess up and they get mad, that's not entirely a you problem. Some people also wear a pin to indicate their pronouns that day, so pay attention for that.

And getting pronouns down is not "enough" but it's very important.
