It would be absolutely awesome if we some day found a way to grow reproductive organs for trans people (and cis people lacking in that area), wouldn't it? I'd love to see that. Uterine transplants are not hugely reliable and I don't think anyone has tried with a trans woman yet. Even if it works, they typically only last one pregnancy, and you're still using somebody else's eggs...
