I've also found that it can be surprisingly effective simply to wear something gay, like my very bi t-shirt, and then *hang out* with people. Act completely normal. I've shifted quite a few people that way, especially as they observe a bisexual person who clearly doesn't want to jump into bed with *everyone* (Yes, there are still people who think that).

That said, I'm always willing to answer questions and continue to educate myself...I had a very interesting discussion with a trans woman about something I know nothing about, and now know a little about: The role of nutrition in medical transition from masc to femme. It's actually really important, apparently.

We need to ask and answer internally too to improve our solidarity.
