I've seen more than one person say she should have worn a wig. Sigh.

1. She shouldn't have to wear a wig. She probably didn't wear one to increase awareness.

2. Actresses have to wear wigs a lot. A LOT. In fact, more actresses than you think have hair like Jada Pinkett-Smith's under a wig because short hair makes wig work easier. Anyone criticizing her for choosing not to wear one to the Oscars...wigs are heavy and itchy, ya know. Yes, I speak from experience. They can also be a lot of fun.

As my husband said about the incident "Can I be on Jada's side?"
