Moderna is hoping to have that available in 2023. However, as coronaviruses *typically* evolve less slowly than influenza (as in, when they aren’t infecting half the world at worse and adapting to a new host), it’s possible that people at regular risk will not need a booster quite as often as annually. Some experts think annual boosters will only be needed for over 65s and people with certain underlying conditions. I’m hoping so.
