Not getting to sleep within 20 minutes can also be a sign of a sleep disorder, just saying. It is more OFTEN that you aren't actually ready to go to bed.

(And in my case, the earlier I have to get up in the morning, the worse my sleep quality. Haven't worked out how to fix THAT one yet. I get anxious about sleeping through my alarm and then don't sleep...)
