But no, children aren't property. Unfortunately, the U.S. is the one developed country that has NOT signed on to the U.N. Rights of the Child. Legally, children basically ARE property. So many teenagers trying desperately to find ways to get vaccinated for preventable diseases behind their parents' backs...
