Or we may discover that some people are better off using a vaccine built with different technology. Given we do have effective non-mRNA vaccines at this point, it might be easier to just use a different vaccine rather than worry about a therapy.

Now, if we need to use mRNA vaccines for their speed again in another situation or if it turns out to be the only effective way to vaccinate against a specific pathogen (it's looking like HIV may fall into this category), then it is worth finding a counter therapy. But a lot of the time it's going to be easier to use, say, a protein vaccine instead on those individuals.
