Ridiculous. Trans women who want to breast feed should get the same support as cis women...who also sometimes need drugs to induce lactation or improve milk supply.

You sometimes need to do something to improve milk supply *after a normal pregnancy* after all. Our ancestors, who didn't have access to these things, would help each other out...a woman who wasn't able to produce enough milk for her child would be assisted by one who had plenty.
