Right, and all of that is fine, but it's so much of a hassle to get them to change so that I'm not walking three blocks changing bags every few seconds that it's faster to rebag it.

It's just a pain. I also get "Are you SURE you don't want somebody to help you get that to your car" a lot if I don't bring a cart.
