See, the thing is?

The standard cocktails on drink menus are, in my experience, generally a bit better made than something I ask the barkeep to put together, because more people ask for them, they make more of them...

And also, the fact that nothing on the drink menu is ever virgin really does send a message and there's already SO much pressure to drink in our culture.
