Whatever physical advantages she has from having gone through male puberty probably aren't that significant. Sports aren't, and never will be, 100% fair...all elite athletes have genetic advantages of some kind, ya know. I don't see any difference between that and somebody who has, for example, higher production of the protein HEXIM1, which improves heart fitness.
