So, how exactly are farmers who live over an hour from the nearest town supposed to get around? Ending private ownership of vehicles is simply not feasible. In large cities, it's already going away and improving public transportation will solve the issue for the most part. In rural areas, cars are vital for survival and the distances are too great to make car sharing programs feasible.
