So many problems from not teaching those white stylists how to handle African-American hair.

And Asian hair too. How hard would it be to teach them? The reason they don't is because institutional racism still makes us uncomfortable with a white person "serving" a Black one.

That shit has to stop. I actually feel more uncomfortable when all the people working in a place are non-white and all the people being served are white. Nail salons make me deeply uncomfortable.
