Some of the desert jurisdictions are finally moving towards banning lawns. Meanwhile towns and HOAs in southern California are *requiring* people to have lawns still!

If I lived in the desert I'd have a pretty rock garden instead. Lawns in the desert make SO ZERO SENSE.
