Dr. Gandhi was not an arrogant arsehole. I was afraid he would be.

He was arrogant, but not an arsehole. It was the kind of arrogance of somebody who takes real, REAL pride in their work. He basically told me he lived for good outcomes.

I do want my surgeon to be a LITTLE bit arrogant, because that's what was motivating him to do well. But he was respectful, treated me as an adult the entire time (which not every medical professional I have had to deal with has).
