The issue with that is that "killing babies" is an anti-Semitic trope that pushing too hard on this could pull out of the woodwork. Yes, I agree, and I do think that if a Jewish woman is denied an abortion in a case of life or health, she absolutely should sue.

But it won't be Jews who take the lead on this because it could endanger us.
