The ONLY way to protect rape victims is to keep early abortion completely legal.

Reporting rape only adds to trauma. Not everyone can file a police report.

In this case, it's obviously rape. She's ten. And she needs to be removed from the perpetrators' care, which I hope will happen.

But I'm thinking of older people who are afraid to report rape and if they don't...they have to co-parent with their rapist.

(Note that I fully support adults who choose to keep a child conceived in rape, knowingly and willingly. I respect them a lot. But most can't do that, and I fully support them too).

You can't prove rape easily. So the only way to protect rape victims is to make it so they don't have to...and find other ways to reduce elective abortions.

Like, ya know, making it so people can afford to give birth.
