There are lots of people with learning disabilities and/or autism who are also non-binary, so that's a ridiculous argument.

(Now, I have issues sometimes *remembering* everyone's pronouns and do ask people be gentle instead of threatening me for "intentionally misgendering" somebody, but that's a different thing...and it's always cis people who do it).
