These people slipped a clause into the NDA claiming ownership of any similar projects I might work on...which would have included the web series I was posting at the time.

They sent me the NDA before we started negotiating a contract and pricing, which if it been a normal NDA, would have been fine.

When I said I wasn't signing it, they ghosted me.
