They're including puberty blockers too, though...trans kids finally have a way to avoid the hideous dysphoria puberty can bring and they want to end it because of this infertility bugbear.

At 15 I could certainly have made the reasoned decision of "I can go on hormones now and pass as the correct gender better but might not be able to have kids, or I can wait and have my kids." I would probably have chosen the first option because I have never wanted kids. Others would make the decision to deal with more dysphoria because children matter to them.

Puberty blockers give kids the time to mature enough TO make those kinds of informed decisions.
